- 2 rings Leonard’s Kielbasi Market Smoked Turkey Kielbasi
- ¾ cup spicy BBQ sauce (avoid sweet varieties like brown sugar blends)
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained or substitute fresh cut pineapple for greater freshness
🦃 Instructions
1. Slice & Combine: Cut kielbasi into ½" pieces. Add to a lined Crock Pot with BBQ sauce and drained pineapple chunks. Stir gently to coat.
2. Slow Cook: Cover and cook on high for 2–3 hours or low for 6–8 hours until heated through and flavors meld.
3. Serve Warm: Spoon over mashed potatoes or rice, or serve with toothpicks as a festive appetizer.
