CITRUS HONEY MUSTARD KIELBASI

CITRUS HONEY MUSTARD KIELBASI APPETIZER   Ingredients: 1 cup cranberry juice or grape juice ½ cup orange juice 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp brown mustard 3 rings Leonard’s Kielbasi Market smoked kielbasi (original)   Cut the kielbasi rings into round slices approx. 3/8” thick.  Put all the ingredients in a pot on medium heat.  Cook down the liquid until the sauce is very thick, almost to the verge of burning, approx. 20-30 minutes.  Transfer to a large bowl and serve. Easy to reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave. Makes about 10 servings.  Adjust as needed.
